The Situation

Most alliances have extra players that aren’t very powerful. They’re nice people, but the alliance would be better served with somebody stronger in their seat. And, as much as you’d like to train your people to improve, you don’t have that kind of time, and you can keep only 100 players on your team.

So you put them into an under-populated, poorly-managed sub-alliance where they’re protected, but excluded. And you hope, with time, they’ll get better. How often does that really happen though?

The Solution

Academia Venatorum CLXXV is an academy for all of Server 175.

Our goal isn’t competition with the top alliances. Our goal is service to players who want to grow and need an active, well-managed environment in which to do so.

GET INVOLVED

How your alliance can participate:

  • Recognize that we can’t depend on power players and whales. We have to grow our own power base.
  • Send growing players who need help to us with specific goals in mind.
  • Send advanced players to us (temporarily) to help teach and run drills.
  • Write blogs, record videos, and create helpful tutorials for this website.
  • Consider this academy a protected extension of your own alliance.
  • Don’t recruit cadets. Let them graduate and allow talent be spread around to all alliances to help 175 as a whole.

    • Headquarters Level: 27
    • Structure Power: 55M
    • Tech Power: 15M
    • Alliance Recognition: 100%
    • Hero Power: 40M
    • Mod Vehicle Power: 6.5M
