Non-Aggression Pact (NAP)

Server 175 Capital

Participants

The following Alliances, Academies, Farms, and other properties are active participants in the NAP, and their members are fully protected by the provisions of this document.

Requirements

To maintain active NAP status, all participants must provide a minimum 25% of their players to compete in State Ruler events. "Compete" is defined as earning at least 500K points. It is the responsibility of participants to know and report on their players' attendance.

Recruiting

Direct recruiting within the NAP is prohibited. Reaching out to people to ask, offer, or even suggest that they should join, is not permissible.

Public announcements in World Chat that don't target a specific player are fine, as are efforts to negotiate mergers. Individual players also have freedom of movement and may ask to join any alliance they choose (as long as it's not enticed or coerced in any way from the alliance's side).

Do not attack ANY of the following on Server 175:

Headquarters (HQ)

Do not, do not, do not attack an NAP member's headquarters under any circumstances. If they attack you first, contact your R5 to handle the attack with the NAP Council so you don't transform a misunderstanding into a war.

Exception:

If you need to kill troops for Alliance Duel, want to practice a drill, or any other reason, ask for permission and wait for a response. If permission is granted, remember to swap out your heroes for purples and blues so you don't do significant damage.

Tanks & Vehicles

Just like headquarters, do not, do not, do not attack an NAP member's tanks under any circumstances. If they attack you first, contact your R5 to handle the attack with the NAP Council so you don't transform a misunderstanding into a war.

Exception:

If you want to fight TVT (tank-vs-tank), ask for permission and wait for a response. If all sides agree, have fun.

Bounty Missions

These icons are littered all over the map near alliance hives, and contain important rewards. Although they're clearly visible, they belong to other players and should not be touched.

The right way:

To collect these rewards visit other servers. Ideally, you'll visit our State Ruler opponent. Taking their bounties will reduce their wealth and strength

Last Z Trucks

Trucks

Like bounty missions, trucks can be found driving between cities to deliver various resources. Although they're clearly visible, they belong to other players and should not be attacked.

The right way:

To collect these the resources in trucks visit other servers. Ideally, you'll visit our State Ruler opponent. Plundering their trucks will reduce their wealth and strength, and will earn points to help us win invasion rights.

Peak Arena

It's always best to attack players from other servers. However, there are times when it's impossible to advance (no matter how many times you refresh) without attacking somebody from an NAP alliance. You should make every effort to avoid this, but if you need to, it is permissible to attack just one time.

Pro Tip:

The Daily Tasks reward one Arena round, not five. So don't feel compelled to attack an NAP member for rewards. You do have the option to abstain.

Silver Arena

This mode includes only players from Server 175. Therefore there are no restrictions on attacks.

Resource Mines

Because tanks and troops are involved in gathering, it is not permissible in any case to attack an NAP member in the process of gathering.

Food for Thought:

There is no honor in attacking the weak. Tanks gathering for resources are not filled to full capacity, and are unprepared for battle. Attacking them is small and petty.

Mines Melee

Mines Melee

Without exception, it is not permissible to attack another NAP member in order to steal resources acquired through the weekly Mines Melee event.
